Our program can be scaled up or down to match all levels of fitness. Intensity is relative to the person working out so we'll make adjustments for you to get the best workout possible. You'll receive individual attention in a group setting. Regardless, if you've never worked out before or have years of experience you'll be working side by side with like minded people that are supportive and pushing themselves mentally and physically to be the best version of themselves.

Foundations Course

Foundations Course: This is a 6 class fundamentals course  where we get to set clear expectation for what you'll experience at Limitless. You have to complete all 6 classes before attending our regularly scheduled classes. It's unfair for a coach to throw you into classes without teaching you the basics of what they do. That's how you end up discouraged or possibly hurt. These classes reflect the basic structure of the group classes. We go over the main movements from top to bottom to give you an understanding of proper form and technique. Learn how and when to modify and scale movements to match your current level of fitness. Most importantly its for us to get to know each other so we can serve you in the best way we can.    



Limitless Training

Functional Fitness: This class is based around developing general physical preparedness (GPP) with a large emphasis on full range of motion. Functional movements are multi-joint. They are natural, effective, and efficient. They work the body from core to extremity which translates best to daily life. You'll be working through multiple modalities all in the same workout (ex. running, box jumps and weightlifting) across broad time domains. We not only want you to be prepared for the expected but for life's unexpected moments as well.

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting: We work on developing power and control of external objects. It has been tested and studied as one of the safest forms of resistance training. We'll also be incorporating the accessory movements to help facilitate and encourage good technique and performance. Through weightlifting we'll also develop great balance, coordination, and over head stability. The skill complexity of the Olympic lifts help develop a wider range of physical abilities over traditional weight training.
