Movement Quality

ROM(Range of motion) and mobility are two key aspects of health and wellness. Medically we're taught to mainly worry about blood pressure, body weight and cholesterol but ROM and mobility is never assessed or discussed until it becomes a problem. People don't have the proper mobility to complete basic human movements like squatting, hip hinging or reaching over head.
At Limitless, we focus on developing proper ROM and mobility from day one regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. As much as we like high intensity training we don't lose sight of our ultimate goal, longevity. We want to make sure before we start introducing heavy loads and increased intensity that you're moving correctly so you're feeling great and living an active life into old age. For the people that are looking to push their physical capacity, we'll definitely get into that but without a solid foundation you won't be able to fully maximize your work capacity.

Conditioning and Skill development

While we're developing the proper ROM and mobility, we work on our cardio respiratory endurance (cardio), strength and muscle endurance. Plus, we begin to learn new skills as in the Olympic lifts and Powerlifting. This is where we really start pushing into the margins of life and start stepping out of our comfort zone. You'll reach new levels of cardio without ever seeing a treadmill and elliptical machine. You might find yourself working on getting that first pull up or getting a feel for being upside down in a handstand. Upside down in a handstand? Yes! You'll be having a lot of fun challenging yourself and pushing outside your comfort zone. The skills you'll gain in the gym is why I believe that fitness is just a vehicle to living your best life. When you develop a skill in the gym or you complete a task that you once thought was out of your capabilities you realize that you can apply that same discipline to any aspect of life. Over time you will look back and see how much you've grown, it will become blatantly obvious that all limitations come from within! Everything that you once felt impossible or made you feel inadequate will open up for you to explore your true potential.

Physical and Mental Strength

At this point, we can will start to rev up the intensity. We'll be tracking your performance throughout your time with us so that we can retest some of the benchmarks and PR's(personal records) that will produce. By measuring and retesting you'll be able to see without a doubt that you're improving and that you are capable of more! By deliberately challenging yourself on a daily basis you'll be equipped mentally and physically to break into new levels of personal development and self belief that you never thought you could experience. Maybe you choose to test yourself in a local competition or just work on moving up the leader board in our gym or MAYBE you decide to follow those "dreams" you've put on the back burner. We never stop getting better. Things in life never get easier, you only get stronger. We are Limitless!

Team Style Training

Proverbs 27:17 says "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another."

African Proverb says “If you want to go fastgo alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

Lastly, we believe in team style training. Often, we let ourselves off the hook so having people holding us accountable, helping us maximize every training session and not allowing us to give anything less than our best is crucial. A community of like minded people is invaluable in helping us reach our fitness goals.

See you in the gym !
